Sherry Council of America was launched in 2008 to introduce and educate Americans about the diverse spectrum of Sherry wines and also serve as a resource for media on statistics, data and other information about Sherry.  Our goal is to educate Americans about all aspects of these wines, including the wine making process, the Jerez region that gives Sherry wines their unique identity, and how to drink and pair Sherry with American foods.
